I still hate Cox

You know, the internet and cable "provider," if you can call it that. Our cable and internet are out until Friday, so I cannot while away the hours on the internet at home for a while. Therefore, if you desperately need to get ahold of me, call or write. Ha. Like that's gonna happen.

Meanwhile, I'll be oot and aboot, dogsitting for a friend, housesitting for another friend, and carsitting for a housemate. Does anybody have a chair that I could chairsit? Or maybe some plants. That would round out the list nicely.

In other news, both my brother and sister are going to exotic tropical locations this summer. No fair! My bro's headed to Jamaica, man, and sytharin is going to Costa Rica, though she knows no Spanish. No fair! Maybe that means I should go to France and Italy just to taunt her. THEN we shall see who will be doing the catsitting!

I don't desperately need to get a hold of you. (I'm just desperate.) And by the time a letter would get to you, you'll have had your cable back for a week (unless Cox is still being lame).

I do have a decent long-distance plan though. I also have Skype. (Am I subtle or what?)

I feel your pain with having everyone else do cool stuff except for you. I'm itching to get out there and do... something. I just haven't quite worked out what.

I do not know no Spanish! I just took a (highly condensed) year of it this quarter! I may not speak it very well, but I can get by. I know a few verbs. I understand the subjunctive mood! I don't know much preterito, but I pretend.
