A good day for some virtual hugs

bluepapercup a lot these days, as I can see a lot of parallels between some of her romantic relationships and my own. Plus, BPC just went through a pretty massive cross-country move AND breakup, and I can relate to the feelings of upheaval (even when moving back to a place where one already has friends and support).
But our relationships aren't always completely parallel, either, and I don't articulate things about my relationship withscrottie as openly as she has in some of her situations (just a difference in how we process our emotions, methinks - I tend to be pretty private about a lot of the difficult emotions). This is just to say that of course there's a lot going on between myself and S, and that I didn't get much sleep as a result, and am feeling pretty fragile.
Long story short, sometimes a person could use a few virtual hugs from friends, just as a reminder that the world isn't always a cruel place.
So, to you, *hug*.
...and every once and a while, a flamer comes along in response to posts like this one, which actually I find to be absolutely hilarious (although I usually delete those comments and reserve the right to keep doing so). Just had to point that out, in case that happens and I don't catch it immediately, heh. (For instance, I titled a post "Disengagement" recently, but the flamer completely misinterpreted my use of the word, which was just funny - I meant something closer to "Detachment").
