Yesterday K and I had ourselves a little bitch session about our advisor (I think I'm going to refer to her as The Seagull from now on, based on an earlier comment). It was kind of nice to have my feelings about the situation validated (isn't it always nice to have one's feelings validated?). The only remaining problem is that it's not just my shit that's hitting the fan right now--K and D both have stuff that needs to be taken care of, too.

Remind me that when I'm in a supervisory role, I should avoid turning into a seagull. The results are never pretty.
