I need a good crust recipe. I want to make some delicious quiche, which necessitates good crust. Any advice?

Honestly, I buy the frozen pre-made crusts and add my own eggs and veggies. The pre-made crusts might not be healthy but they sure taste good!

Do previous AKW pop's pie crusts qualify?

If so, I'd be happy to share.

But of course they do! I make your wheat germ waffles all the time and they always get rave reviews, by the way!

Mom makes crustless quiche. That might be something to consider. I'm not sure if there's something special to the recipe. She made it in a pregreased glass pie dish, maybe that's the magic.

My favorite quiche that I make has a muenster cheese crust - just line the pan with it. Of course, I also made a deliciously flaky and tasty pie crust for an apple pie this fall, and I'd be happy to share my recipe/experience - just drop by!
