My cat is on crack.

This morning, Emma (aka Action Cat) was clearly feeling whiny but frisky. She started chasing her tail in circles, just like a dog. Maybe it's time to unearth some more cat toys.

Poor kitty! Yeah, she sounds bored. Hopefully some new toys will prove interesting for her. Jasmine gets whiny when she's frisky too, but she doesn't chase her tail. She attacks her scratching post instead.

My sister's cat Gidget chases her tail, too, but only when she thinks nobody's looking.

Maybe we should get Emma and Mattie together for a play date. Mattie has been going stir crazy since they flooded the back yard. I am sure that they would get along famously.

Yesterday she did it on top of the cat tree, which had the added excitement of attacking her tail when she'd wrapped it around the corner of the platform - she almost fell off a few times :)
