Yesterday=panic.
Feb. 2nd, 2006 02:38 pmYesterday I basically had what amounted to a panic attack. In case you were wondering.
After a couple of conversations, I think I'm figuring things out and getting back towards an equilibrium--recovering is mostly an internal process, so this is all I'm going to say about it. (and I'm an introvert.)
I haven't had anything close to such an attack in, I'm guessing, years. Senior year of college, perhaps.
The most frightening part of panic attacks is that it takes a while to figure out what's causing them, but the overwhelming emotional part strikes first.
I process emotions slowly.
