...that my cat is an astute observer and creature of habit. This is most apparent when it's just me living with the cat. In the mornings, when I stand at the counter to make myself a sandwich for lunch, she comes into the kitchen and sits and yells (meows) at me until I feed her a tiny scrap of cheese. Then things are fine and she is quiet, and she joins me at the table for breakfast.
In the evenings, I am expected to snuggle her at 9 pm. Last night I experienced some feline disapproval because I did not sit in the chair in the living room so she could avail herself of my lap for the appropriate period. J and K also observed this phenomenon; in the house on Beck St., she would sit on her side of the pet gate, keeping an eye on Luda the dog and meowing at me at 9 pm because it was snuggle time.
