I have not yet scanned in the sketches from my trip, but hopefully I will get to that this evening. Who knew that traveling to Seattle could be so crazy [tongue-in-cheek]? I think I'll post about my adventures in a series of shorter posts, rather than in a single, lengthy, rambling post touching on multiple subjects.

We have a spider sculpture in Ottawa that appears to be in the same sort of style as that one. It's called "Maman" (french for Mother). I think they might be a "collection" of sorts.
