FINALLY [teaching in the time of the Coronavirus]

This morning at 9 am I got my results from the Covid sample from the state-run testing site visit yesterday.

Negative.

The results indicate the testing turnaround time as 23h.

Last Wednesday's sample is still showing as "sample has not been received at our laboratory."

So I'll teach online today but will go in to campus tomorrow.

BIG RELIEF.

Damn that sucked.

I was a little worried the Chocolate-cherry La Duchesse would be as disappointing as the last 4 cherry-infused alcohols I've tried. Thankfully, it was excellent. Fruity cherry notes, subtle chocolate aftertaste, but mostly just the gentle tartness I would expect of La Duchesse. Thanks, Belgium.

Teaching at home is exhausting. I can't wait to go in to campus tomorrow.
