We got a couple inches of snow overnight, so rather than try and fight my way through the slop, I'm working from home, because I can, because it's Spring Break*!

It is always hard to motivate myself to grade. Getting started is the hardest part. No matter how much I might tell myself, "If you get started SOONER it will suck less and be over with faster."
