Rowing practice at the boathouse this morning.
One of those mornings where I started to wake up early, before the alarm went off. Eventually I decided I should probably see what time it was, and discovered that although I'd adjusted the time for the alarm to go off, I'd forgotten to actually set it, and it was 5 minutes past when it was supposed to go off.
That's really not too bad, all things considered.
I am out of practice for packing things up for the boathouse.
Frodo's rear tire was a little more squishy when I got out to the garage, so I had to go back inside to grab the pump. But for some reason I couldn't get the pump head to seat on the valve correctly, so all I accomplished was letting the rest of the air out of the tire. At that point it was time to just switch over to the Jolly Roger.
I could tell I am still experiencing carryover fatigue from earlier this week; at rowing practice I couldn't hold the pace I can normally hold.
At least the air was fresh and the view was wonderful.
I need to do a better job of cleaning out my work coffee filter - it is filtering extremely slowly. Nothing is worse than slow coffee when you're tired, amirite?

A day or two ago, I noticed that the tank with the betta that's in my office has two small snails in it, cruising around. I kind of accidentally named the betta Bubba, because I keep coming back into my office and going, "How's it going, Bubba?"
Anyway, it's kind of like Bubba has two pet snails.
But on the other hand, from what I understand, sometimes if you have a couple of snails, shortly thereafter you have a LOT of snails.
So I wanted to take a couple photos to get opinions on the matter.
The trouble is, with where the tank sits, it's backlit.
On the other hand, it's small, and my camera has a flip-out screen, so that led to a fun photography project.

Now it's time to go clean cricket dishes and try to get caught up on 5 dozen other projects.
My life is so glamorous sometimes.
