Got my second COVID-19 vaccine poke this morning, two hours ago. So far no major side effects and no tentacle arms. Possibly some very slight fever/chills now.
I also wised up before the expedition and printed out another page of the regional bike map that contained the critical zone between the UAlbany campus and our campus. With that on the basket, the trip from the mass vaccination site to work only took about 30 minutes.
More than anything I really hope that this country can continue to ramp up and fine-tune the production, distribution, and administration logistics. It only does me so much good to be personally vaccinated when the majority of people I interact with aren't.
