Carrot fatigue

I might be reaching the limit of my ability to eat carrots.
There's a farm at the Troy Farmer's Market that sells 30-pound bags of carrots for $18. The first bag, yes, I bought it in part as a joke because I know
scrottie likes carrots.
The second bag, he asked me to buy, before the first bag had been completely used up.
I made a huge amount of carrot salad, to try and use up the first bag. Some of it started to rot before we finished eating it.
We hadn't even opened the second bag before S left for California.
I should probably roast-puree-freeze, at least some of the carrots. I haven't had the energy for that yet.
I added probably around 3 pounds to a mediocre curry last week, and am roasting another 3 pounds or so along with some potatoes, onions, and garlic today.
