This morning I got up and went for a run in the rain. There were thunderstorms last night, but by this morning it was only raining lightly. I set off towards Davis Square, then ran through Porter Square, and on to Harvard--the old run from the early days of Tufts crew. Once I reached the river, I headed downstream towards the basin and MIT, looped across the Harvard [MIT] Bridge (which has been measured out in Smoots--Smoot supposedly being a short MIT student useful for making bridge measurements), and ran back along the river up to the Eliot Street Bridge. Then I turned back down the river to Harvard Square and ran back to 89 Bromfield. I wasn't sure if I'd like running in the rain. It was great. Then
jwatriss made an awesome pancake/omelet/hash brown breakfast and I ate a whole lot of food and it was delicious. Then I took a nap, and now I shall head back to the airport.
