So this morning my goal was to write the Methods section for the leafcutter ant project that I'm currently working on. I kind of thought it would be an excruciatingly painful, drawn-out project, but so far, it hasn't been and it took less time than I expected. Shocking. That's probably mostly because I didn't get into any of the data analysis.

I really enjoy working on my dissertation research. Seriously. It's so much more straightforward than the Manuscript of Doom.

Okay, back to the trenches.
