Breakfast is totally my favorite meal.

Oh my gosh everybody. I used a new crumpet recipe yesterday (with whole wheat pastry flour), along with my brand-new egg rings, and I'll be damned if they aren't utterly delicious. Between those and my morning lattes, my breakfasts kick ass. The last thing I think about before I go to bed is, "YESSSSS! Next thing is breakfast!" (it isn't completely true because often there's rowing between sleep and breakfast, but still).

Actually, these crumpets are a fantastic example of a whole-wheat pastry that's scrumptious. My father would be proud.
