May. 15th, 2022 11:26 amThis morning is our college commencement, which we are contractually obligated to attend.
However, it appears that I must have eaten something yesterday that disagreed with me horribly. I did not get much sleep in between bouts of driving the porcelain bus last night, and my stomach was still far from settled by the time it was time to head over to the commencement ceremony.
It's just funny to think that I wasn't much looking forward to sitting through the ceremony, and yet now in retrospect that would have been preferable to how I'm spending the morning instead!
I am also so grateful to S for making a quick trip over to the closest Stewart's for ginger ale, an electrolyte beverage, and applesauce. One of those rare occasions when electrolyte beverages really come in handy!
