Arrange, arrange, arrange

The next phase of arranging arrangements has begun.

But before all that, this morning I hied me off to Tempe Feed and Tack to see about procuring some kitty litter for Miss Emma. I used to go over there often to get chicken feed, too, back when we had chickens at the Farmer House.

Not only did they have litter, they also had an assortment of types of chicken-free cat food for me to try out! Okay, well maybe not ME, but Emma, at least. Plus a cardboard cat scratcher.

I'm so glad I thought to go over there for pet supplies. They are a great local business.

Now I am sitting in my PhD advisor's office, impersonating her and procrastinating on a manuscript.

It is hot and very hazy out there.

The things you miss without having realized it

This is a photo of an extremely contented cat. Okay, maybe one that's slightly high on catnip right now. I went to Tempe Feed and Tack this morning to see if they carried the cat litter I wanted - and they did! On top of that, they had multiple new chicken-free food options and even treats that she could try, including dry food! And on top of that, although they have a limited selection of toys, that included a cat scratcher!

In any case, I didn't realize how much I missed Tempe Feed and Tack. They are a good local business.
