Frederick [rowing]
Oct. 2nd, 2018 12:43 pmThis morning Coach Y was feeling pretty talkative and coachy. Before we even managed to get our boat off the dock, he informed us that that little negative voice in the back of our minds is named Frederick, and that we need to ignore him. If only I'd known his name, all these years.
Other than that we had a pretty fun row in the 4x, and finally had a chance to do a little bit of technique work - rowing feet-out.
Then I went home for breakfast, then over to the DMV to try for a license for a second time. Things moved more slowly but all my paperwork was in proper order this time, so there's that.
Time to teach.
