There was frost on the hot tub cover this morning, while I erged.
The hot tub's heating element needs to be replaced. I am considering getting one of those plug-in immersion boilers to stick into the thing (joke).
Does this weather count as "really cold!" for the Californians? It is so strange to be in a climate with such small daily temperature fluctuations, and so little wind.
I should replace both my favorite purple zip-up hoodie sweater and my "crew" zip-up sweatshirt. I have worn through the elbows on both garments and so they are no longer respectable for wearing outside the house. I suspect that intermediate-weight garments will see frequent use in this climate.
