The whirlwind continues
Oct. 27th, 2008 12:41 pmAs The Big Day approacheth, there is oh so much to do.
My meeting with my last committee member went well, I think. In the very least, he had a lot of constructive feedback on my proposal, which suggests that he thinks I should go ahead with things. If he'd felt otherwise, I would hope he would have said completely different things in our meeting.
Meanwhile, I shall teach, and work on my presentation, and will revise my proposal accordingly. I suppose that if, in the very least, I give off the impression of working very hard on everything, I will have done as much as I can do.
PS--Puerto Rico was quite beautiful, at least what I saw of it. The plane ride there was also kind of nice because it gave me time/space to think--I haven't had that kind of time/space in a long time (in fact, that's a big part of why I wanted to stay an additional week in Seattle in July). The conference was nice as well, and I am glad that I went.
Okay, back into the fray.
