Date: 2022-01-10 01:35 am (UTC)I have teeny (1.5 L) and semi-teeny (3 L) Hawkins pressure cookers, and they make weird rice mixes practical parts of my diet. Total cooking time under half an hour (15 mins cooking, ~10 mins cooling) instead of an hour-plus. Also less doubt about outcomes.
So encouraging noises about pressure-cooking rice from this corner!
Weather's already impressively blizzard-like hereabouts. Hope things don't get too unpleasant there!
