Even in Kyoto

Stepping in dog poo ranks pretty high up there as a pet peeve for me. One of our neighbors got so sick of a guy that walked his dog at 4am in our yards and never cleaned up a single mess that she started bagging it up and throwing it in his driveway.

It didn't seem to have any real effect but the gentleman died a few months later and thus the problem was effectively solved.
