I really don't, and feel the worse for it. I first ran into it when I was doing research for a law paper on farmland preservation. I didn't get into it that much, mostly because of my procrastination, but what little I read of it, and about it, made me think it was huge, mammoth, gi-normous heap of legislation that defies definition. It referred to everything. Every step I took led me to new, uncharted oceans of complicatedocity. I wept.

I really should be more politically active, but I feel inept and lost at sea most of the time.
