Go, see, do

Yesterday was a whirlwind: long bike ride, ants, sewing, cooking. J and I made delicious home-made energy bars. A and I talked about different working cultures and academic work ethics (or the lack thereof).

I am thinking a lot right now about the people I surround myself with--those whom I have known for only a short while and those I have known my entire life. I have to keep asking myself, do they reflect the qualities to which I aspire? Do they help me feel like a complete person? How is it that they know me, and how do I know them?
