Favorite camping recipes

Dear Internets,

What are your favorite foods to eat while out camping? I'm looking for meal ideas for a 4-day trip. We will be eating pie in the middle of everything because we are going to a town where one must eat pie.

Whether over the coals of a dying campfire (which you don't have) or the grill of a warm camp stove that's just been turned off, barbecued bananas are a nice treat. Each banana goes in a tinfoil boat, with butter and lots of brown sugar on the banana, and added marshmallows, chocolate chips, nuts, etc. to taste. Don't cook for too long or you'll liquefy the banana.

If you're preparing them far in advance you'll probably want to use bananas that still have a hint of green, since they ripen quickly.
