Well, if I apply the "Bake the Bread Buy the Butter" logic, that would work out to $0.15 / oz for Choppa ketchup, compared to $0.11 / oz for the homemade stuff, rounding up ingredients cost to $20 for my 184 oz. But I don't believe the giant cans are organic?
