Once again I require all of your advice and recommendations [rowing]

I want to have two trophy cups made, each of which will be in honor of an important figure from this rowing club. They need to be perpetual-style trophies - so, the kind where every year a new little sign gets added to the base for that year's winner.

Do you happen to know where to shop for such a thing, or of especially cool trophy design ideas?
