Sorry about that too. Timing for going to CA was a bit wimbly wombly. The bag could go straight in to a deep freeze, I think. Mushy thawed carrots are less versatile than crispy fresh carrots but can still be mashed into mashed carrotato and um probably at least one other thing. I was kind of thinking of taking a pile with me but I got charged $75 oversize for the bike bag and the only bag was nearly oversized coming in at 45.5 pound so guess good thing I didn't.
